Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This page stores almost nothing in your browser. What it does store, and when, is listed below in full.
Before you decide
Until you answer the banner at the bottom of the page, we set no cookies at all and load nothing from Meta. Our own measurement of the page (which page and questionnaire steps you reached) does not need your IP address or browser identity at all, and does not calculate any identifier from them — it never has one to recognise a return visit by unless you separately say yes to that, below. The one thing that can load from another company before you touch the banner is the booking calendar, and only if you press CHOOSE A TIME on the thank-you screen: see "Only if you open the booking calendar", below.
Needed for the questionnaire to work
These are stored whether or not you accept marketing cookies, because without them the features you are using stop working. They are not used for advertising.
| Name | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|
rt-resident-profile-v1 | Local storage. Keeps your answers on your own device so you can close the page and continue later, and holds the identifier that lets an unfinished questionnaire be recognised as yours when you come back. Once you complete and send your profile, your answers and your email address are removed from it. What stays is the fact that you finished, that same identifier, and — if you opted in to future marketing emails on the thank-you screen — that you did. The identifier stays because that opt-in sends it, and because it is what lets the thank-you screen show you the choice you already made instead of offering it to you again. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
rt-consent-v1 | Local storage. Remembers the choice you made in the banner — one answer for each of the two optional purposes below — so we stop asking. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
rt-visitor-v1 | Local storage. Only written if you turn on Site measurement in Cookie settings — its own toggle, separate from the Meta one below (see the Privacy Policy's "Measurement of the page" for what this is and is not). Holds one random identifier, not derived from your IP address or anything else about you. | 90 days, or until you turn Site measurement off again or clear your browser's site data |
rt-first-touch-v1 | Local storage. Also only written if you turn on Site measurement. Remembers the advertisement or campaign link that first brought you here (the campaign tags in the address, and the click identifier Meta adds to it), so that if you complete the Resident Profile later, on a visit without those tags, we still know which advertisement it was. Written only once per visitor — a later campaign never overwrites it — and only when you actually arrived through such a link. | 90 days, or until you turn Site measurement off again or clear your browser's site data |
Only if you open the booking calendar
If you tell us you would like a phone call, the thank-you screen shows a button, CHOOSE A TIME. Until you press it, nothing is loaded from Cal.com. When you press it, a booking calendar hosted by Cal.com opens inside this page, whatever you answered in the banner, because you asked for it. Everything below is set by Cal.com, not by us, and only after that press. Cal.com's page also sends technical error reports to its error-monitoring provider, Sentry. This list is what we measured when the calendar loaded; Cal.com may change it, and its own privacy policy is the authority on its cookies.
| Name | Set by | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-next-auth.csrf-token | Cal.com | Protects Cal.com's booking form against forged requests. | Until you close the browser |
__Secure-next-auth.callback-url | Cal.com | Remembers the page to return to after Cal.com's own sign-in step. | Until you close the browser |
__cf_bm | Cal.com's network provider, Cloudflare | Tells people from automated programs apart. | About 30 minutes |
reserverUid | Cal.com | Local storage. Identifies your browser while you choose a time, so the slot you pick is held for you. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
timeOption.is24hClock | Cal.com | Local storage. Remembers whether you chose 12-hour or 24-hour times. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
nextauth.message | Cal.com | Local storage. Used by Cal.com's sign-in software to keep browser tabs in step. | Until you clear your browser's site data |
Only if you turn on Meta measurement
Cookie settings has two separate toggles — Site measurement, above, and Meta measurement. Only turning the second one on loads the Meta Pixel and sets the cookies below; it does not depend on Site measurement, and turning Site measurement on does not turn this one on. We also send the same events to Meta from our own server, so that one action is counted once rather than twice — the two are matched by a shared identifier. Both stop the moment you turn Meta measurement off again.
| Name | Set by | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta | Identifies the browser so Meta can tell whether its advertising led to a visit. | 3 months |
_fbc | Meta | Records which advertisement you arrived from. | 3 months |
What we send Meta: which step of the page you reached, when, the address of this page, your IP address and browser, and — when you complete the questionnaire — your email address in irreversibly hashed form, so it can be matched without being read.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner and change either answer at any time, separately. Refusing is one tap, exactly like accepting, and closing the banner with its × is the same as refusing. Clearing your browser's site data removes everything listed on this page.
